Welcome to the home page of the Preston Mountaineering Club.

We have regular weekend meets in the climbing and mountain areas of England, Scotland and Wales. On meets we walk, scramble, rock climb and, when possible, ice climb. In the winter months, members use the indoor climbing wall at West View Leisure Centre, Preston, on Thursday evenings from 7pm. In summer, we climb locally.

The club has active members from across the whole of Lancashire, South Cumbria and Greater Manchester, not just Preston. So don't hesitate to get in touch.

redball£24.00 for Full Membership
redball£19.00 for Retired/Student/Associate Membership

Application forms can be downloaded in Word or pdf format. Benefits include a newsletter every 4 months (see example), standard BMC club member third party insurance and discount arrangements with a number of outdoor retailers throughout the country (see the links page).
