Meeting at 10.30am at Low Sizergh Barn cafe, Sizergh, Kendal, LA8 8AE. (Tel; 01539 560426).  Access to car park is from the A591 , north of the junction with the A590 and just north of Nannypie Lane.  GR 502875. The circular walk will go through Levens Park, then north along the River Kent to Natland, then loop round back to the river and Low Sizergh.  Approx 7.5 miles.  Cars can stay in the cafe car park.
