Meeting at 10.30am at Denny Beck Car park on River Lune (GR SD 502645).  There is coffee/tea and breakfast available at Amanda's Big Baps on the A683 at Denny Bridge.  Directions: M6 to junction 34 then onto A683 towards Denny Bridge. Take the first left down to the Denny Beck Car Park.  The walk will go along the River Lune to Aughton Wood Nature Reserve and back.  Approx 6 miles and 420' ascent.
